Users woman sentenced to Google Glass-Free While Driving

   You still remember with Cecilia Abadie ? Woman from California had become the world news for arrest when driving a car while wearing the Google Glass .
After a long legal process , Cecilia adjudged not guilty San Diego County Commissioner John Blair could not prove whether the woman is turn Google Glass or not when driving .
The verdict was handed down by the court in California on Thursday ( 01/16/2014 ) , which concluded this while driving while using Google Glass is legal as far as the device is not activated .
In the trial , Cecilia insisted that the use of the Google Glass during the drive does not distract the driver , because its function can only be activated by voice commands or winks .
" I recorded a video of all of this . Did you feel that I do not pay attention to you ? " Cecilia said when the crowd of reporters stopped him outside the court , as reported by the Associated Press .
As information , Cecilia is a software developer that is selected in the program Google "Google Glass Explorer " , in which the company chose thousands of people to enjoy and test the devices before Google Glass widely available to the public later this year .
Vivek Wahdwa , a speaker from Stanford Law School said the lower court ruling is not a legal precedent but early marker - which he predicted to be - a challenge of the same suit .
He said there were a number of legal questions to be answered , such as when a motorist using Google Glass and hit someone , who would be responsible . Are passengers ? Car manufacturers or software developers ?
